How to maintain Bunny Club level
- Silver in Bunny Club never expires. Once achieved, it's yours forever.
- Gold and Platinum require activity in the last 12 months. If you don't maintain it, you drop one level (but not to Bronze).
- You receive a notification 30 days in advance if your Bunny Club level is at risk - with information on how many more Bunny points are needed.

How much does the Bunny Club cost?
Nothing. Bunny Club is free for every registered Flower Bunny customer.
When does my tier discount become active?
From the moment you reach the level - the Bunny discount is automatically applied to all subsequent orders. No code needed.
Does delivery count towards the next tier amount?
No. Only the value of the flowers (excluding delivery) is converted into Bunny Points.
What happens if I return an order?
Bunny Points from returned orders do not count towards your level.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime through your profile. Accumulated Bunny privileges are retained until cancellation.
Which order counts as "my first order" for the welcome discount?
The first paid order after registration in Bunny Club. After that, Bunny welcome expires and standard level percentages apply.
